Reservations & Cancellations
Extensive and/or multiple salon services may require a major credit card to secure your appointment. If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment(s), please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid an automatic credit card charge of a percentage of the service total. For a "no show", your credit card will automatically be charged for the full value of services.
As a courtesy, my booking software will text and/or email and confirm your scheduled appointment 48 hrs prior to your appointment. If I am unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and potential cancellation fees.
If you are late for an appointment, it may be necessary to reschedule. I will do my best to accommodate you. In order to ensure the best service and experience, we encourage you to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
I have gotten to a point with my ever growing business that no longer allows the avaiability for walk-ins; at this time Studio CG Salon is by appointment only. Thank you for your understanding.
Child Safety Policy
I love children, and I hope you understand, I cannot assure their safety in the salon. I also do not want to compromise the relaxation and salon experience of our guests. Children are only permitted in the salon or spa area when having a service. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service. I do not have the facilities to care for children. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
Jewelry & Personal Items
I cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles, including clothing, jewelry, phones, and accessories.
Forms of Payment
I reserve the right to change prices and services at any time without notification. I accept all major credit cards and debit cards, Studio CG Salon Gift Cards/Certificates, and our favorite; cash, Venmo and Apple Pay. Please ask ahead of time what your preferred method of payment is for your scheduled service.
Gratuity (tipping) is up to the discretion of each client. The industry average is 20%-30% of the service total prior to discounts or incentive offers. I greatly appreciates your generosity!
Gift Cards / Gift Certificates
Gift cards and gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash, nor will cash be given in exchange for unused balances. Gift cards and gift certificates are non-refundable, but they are transferable.
Retail products may be exchanged with an original receipt within 14 days. I do not offer or apply credit toward services for returned merchandise.
